Wytyczne redakcyjne

General Information 

  1. Articles must be submitted electronically, accompanied by the Author’s Submission Form, to the following addresses:
    • Law: apikulska@wpia.uni.lodz.pl or aliszewska@wpia.uni.lodz.pl
    • Economics: tomasz.dorozynski@uni.lodz.pl or agata.wieczorek@uni.lodz.pl
  2. Articles may be submitted in Polish or English. Manuscripts in other languages may also be considered; however, English is the preferred language.
  3. The length of the manuscript, including abstract and references, should not exceed 40,000 characters with spaces (approx. 6,000 words).
  4. Author affiliation should be provided below the title in the following order:
    • Degree or academic title
    • University
    • Faculty
    • Department
    • Country
    • E-mail address

Authors who are not researchers should provide:

  • Position and place of work

  1. The article should consist of the following sections:
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • JEL classification (for Economics papers only)
    • Introduction
    • Sections and subsections (optional)
    • Conclusions / Summary
    • Bibliography
    • Title and abstract in Polish
    • Keywords in Polish
  2. Abstracts must be 250–400 words and structured. They should include:
    • Background: why the study was conducted
    • Research purpose: questions addressed, research thesis
    • Methods: how the study was conducted
    • Conclusions: results and main findings
  3. Provide 3–5 keywords. Words from the article title should not be repeated in the keywords.
  4. Titles of sections and subsections should be numbered.
  5. Conclusions must summarise the main findings. They should not repeat motivations for the research or the article’s structure.
