Abstract

ABSTRAKT EN:

Slope development in the Drwęca River valley began with the formation of the Pomeranian end-moraines. Analysis of slope deposits revealed downwash and congelifluxion sediments forming denudational valleys. The interaction of these processes led to slope material accumulation and the formation of polygenetic slopes during the late glacial period. The results indicate a significant periglacial influence on northern Poland’s slope morphology, though no conclusive evidence of permafrost was found.
